Breaking News :Adou Thiero playing through a broken thumb
At Rupp Arena on Saturday, the Kentucky Wildcats defeated the Arkansas Razorbacks with a resounding victory.
John Calipari and his staff had the whole squad accessible for the entire game for the first time this season. Everything appeared to be improving with Tre Mitchell’s comeback from his ailment. But based on a tweet from yesterday night, it seems like one player is dealing with a fractured thumb.
Almamy Thiero, the gifted forward’s father, claims that his son is playing despite having a damaged thumb. It’s probably his left hand, as shown in the image above, where the thumb is now wrapped up.
Thiero scored five points on two of four shots during his eighteen minutes of action on Saturday. In addition, he contributed a block, two rebounds, and three assists.
Thiero has emerged as one of this team’s go-to strikers after overcoming a back ailment that sidelined him for eight games in the midst of the season. He blends in well with a squad full of shooters since he is an excellent defender and dynamic athlete on offense.
Most BBN fans already love him, but they will love him even more when they find out he’s fighting despite a broken thumb.
