Howard will be looking to impress franchises ahead of the 2025 NFL draft, meaning Ohio State will have a new QB1 next season. The Buckeyes already have a deep group of young quarterbacks on the roster.
Devin Brown, Julian Sayin and Lincoln Kienholz are all former highly touted prospects who have a chance to win the starting job in 2025. Now, these signal-callers will have even more competition with the addition of five-star quarterback Tavien St. Clair.
St. Clair’s NIL value to be $1 million, the fourth highest of any player in the 2025 class. The 6-foot-3, 225-pound quarterback is drawing comparisons to former top-10 NFL draft pick Blaine Gabbert.
