In a recent victory against Incarnate Word, Duke basketball coach Jon Scheyer expressed satisfaction with his team’s performance, emphasizing both individual growth and team chemistry.
Scheyer highlighted the importance of playing with energy and focus, which the Blue Devils demonstrated throughout the game.
“We’re continuing to grow as a team,” Scheyer said in his post-game comments. “It’s about getting better each day, and tonight was a good step forward in terms of execution and defensive effort.” He noted that while the win was decisive, there were still areas where the team needed to improve, particularly on the defensive end.
