Ohio State transfer OL Zen Michalski commits to the Hoosiers

The Indiana football program has added an offensive lineman from the transfer portal in Zen Michalski that has experience playing for one of the top programs in the Big Ten and in the country.

The transfer from Ohio State has appeared in 34 games with one start during his time with the Buckeyes.

In 2024 the Floyds Knobs, Indiana native has played in seven games and made one start for the Ohio State offense. His start came at left tackle against Nebraska.

As a redshirt sophomore in 2023 Michalski saw action in 13 games primarily on special teams.

The majority of Michalski’s playing time in 2022 was also on special teams as he got playing time in all 13 games for OSU.

Michalski redshirted in 2021 after seeing action in only game in his true freshman season at Ohio State

Coming out of Floyd Central High School as a member of the 2021 recruiting class Michalski was a four-star prospect according to the  rankings.

He was ranked the number 21 offensive tackle, the number 208 overall player, and the number two prospect in Indiana.

Michalski has one season of eligibility remaining
