Tennessee Makes a Move: Josh Heupel Offers Kirkwood OL Kamari Blair
Kirkwood (MO) offensive lineman Kamari Blair continues to see his recruitment rise, with the latest nod coming from the Southeastern Conference. On Monday, Blair picked up a scholarship offer from Tennessee head coach Josh Heupel and the Volunteers, adding an SEC program to his growing list of suitors.
Blair, a standout in the trenches at 6-foot-4 and over 300 pounds, has been steadily gaining attention thanks to his combination of size, strength, and footwork. Known for his physicality and motor, the rising senior has become a priority for several Power Five programs this spring.
Tennessee’s interest comes as the Vols look to bolster their offensive line depth in future classes. Under Heupel’s high-powered offensive system, securing dominant linemen has been key, and Blair’s upside clearly caught the staff’s attention.
With offers now coming in from across the country, including programs in the Big Ten and SEC, Blair is expected to be a name to watch as recruiting heats up through the summer.
Blair has not yet announced any top schools or official visit plans, but Tennessee’s entry into the race adds an intriguing layer as the 2025 recruiting class continues to take shape.
